Please you have to do more research before you say it doable, before it can be doable there should be intake and exit point of the sea water to keep it fresh all the time. If there’s only one entry point the sea water will act like stagnant water which will be ………….😮. I haven’t see a one way canal before, someone should educate me on one way canal.
