i think you can still shave probably like 20+ secs more? i saw someone during the part where you're headed for the carriage he had both the characters running towards it as soon as yuki unlock the door. both characters took multiple shots and barely survive but it was faster for that last part.
1 year late but yes, I've seen speedruns of other games where they abuse an exploit to run over the "roof of the game" and, for me, that shouldn't count as speedrun.

Dude using exploits & glitches is like speedrunning 101. A massive chunk of the most impressive record-holding speedruns across all games use them.
