Dusty was part of AFO Wolfpack, not Neptune.
AFO Neptune comprised of Mother, Rabbit, Voodoo, and Preacher.
AFO Wolfpack comprised of Panther, Dusty, Vegas, and Deuce.

Have you tried Sniper Elite 5? In my opinion, it's more challenging and rewarding... especially in Authentic mode.
