If you didn't have Twigs. You could probably use wire wrapped with green tape. ☺️♥️🎄 Will definitely try to make one. ☺️

You can use small pine chains, I used dry guava twigs

You might consider relabeling this project. Pine CONES don't have leaves and pine TREES have needles.
