जो कुछ आपने बताया मैंने आधी वीडियो तक महसूस कर लिया है और जो अभी तक मेरे साथ नहीं हुआ है।उसके बारे में सुन कर रोंगटे खड़े हो गए।
मेरे साथ अभी ऐसा हो रहा है कि मैं अपने आप को जानने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं।
पता नहीं क्यों किसी को दुखी देख कर दुखी हो जाता हूं।ओर खुश देख कर खुश हो जाता हूं। चाहे कोई जानवर हो या कोई इंसान।
जो दुखी है उनके बारे में चिंता करने लगता हूं। की मैं उनके लिए क्या कर सकता हूं।
मैं किसी कि मौत को भी महसूस कर सकता हूं। किसी चीज या जीव को देखता हूं तो अपने मन में ही उसकी जानकारी निकालने लग जाता हूं। ऐसा महसूस हो रहा है की कोई मुझसे अलग नहीं है। आध्यात्मिक पुस्तके पड़ने से पहले डर महसूस होने लगता है।
पर थोड़ी देर बाद खुशी महसूस होने लगती है।
मैं बहुत कुछ महसूस कर रहा हूं। बता नहीं सकता। मुझे ही पता है मेरे साथ क्या हो रहा है।

Hhhhmmm 100% true. Stable nhi ho pa rhi dusro ka dukh bradasht nhi kr pati or bahut upset ho jati hu. Jb mere aas paas k log khush ho to fir main b khush rehne lagti hu. Jb ki stable hona chahti hu.
