- Suzuki Wagon R was introduced in 2014. Suzuki Wagon R is a front engine front wheel drive hatchback. Suzuki Wagon R Car features the brand new Suzuki K-Series engine that is more economical and quieter than most of the other engines fitted in Pak Suzuki’s range of cars. The 1st Generation Suzuki Wagon R is available in 2 variants Wagon R VXR and Wagon R VXL.

Exterior
Suzuki Wagon R exterior features a familiar Suzuki design language. The front end houses large trapezium styled side swept headlights, a trapezium grille with a chrome accent, a trapezium air intake, and dual standard circular fog lights. The rear end houses a roof spoiler, stacked rectangular vertical side swept taillights, and a standard case hatchback. All variants of the Suzuki Wagon R feature identical styling in every aspect. The overall exterior of the 1st Generation Suzuki Wagon R features a fairly restrained design language that is familiar for Japanese hatchback of its type.

Had been waiting for PakWheel's wagonR review for quite long. & finally!!
No four power windows, rear wiper, rear fog light, No adjustable headrests(front and back), No ABS and airbags not even in option pack..
honestly pakistan auto industry is 15-17 years behind Indian auto Industry.
Not abusing but this is what I honestly think..
You're absolutely correct. They're lagging quite badly, simply because of the monopoly of the three devils. Once more manufacturers start their operations in Pakistan and competition stiffens, quality and additional features should improve.

Wagon -R is really an awesome car for family of four this car has been a huge hit in India but this care shown here lacks many modern systems
i am using this car from a year and this is a really a practical car it never disappoints me and i have taken it to northeren areas as well it handeled all terrains easily and consumption was beyond expectation

Hi Dear Just wanted to ask, have you ever driven to long routes like motorway or northern areas?? if yes then how was the ride.how is the steering response?? is it a good car for long term rides?? I am currently having santro and wanted to get a comparison between the two.
bro i have been driving wagon R from last 4-5 years........trust me santro is much much. better....provide better steering stabilty!!!!.....though parts of santro are little bit expensive....but it is a better version of wagon R.....

Agar fuel economy ka zyada issue nai Hai to FAW v2 check maro Zara show room p, is se har depart main agy Hai, AbS, suspension , electronic door mirrors, air bags boot space, powerful engine, excellent drive pleasure, and what not, Sirf fuel main 2-3 km Kam degi is ky muqably main, price almost same

OMG how come this car so damn expensive in Pakistan I buyed the top variant vxi which also have 1 air bag,abs ,stering adjustment, all four power window, with rear wiper also... Only for rs 4.8 lakhs in India .... Don't no why Pakistani govt is looting there own country men....
Cars are pretty expensive here in Pakistan due to monopoly of 2 to 3 car manufacturers.

Our people also buys these dabbas without consulting there safety issues like air bags and risking there lives... I don't why in both the country government allows these cars to sell by the dealers.. Without checking the safety measures as like European do... And from my point of view 2 air bags should make mandatory in every cars.. Till than my best wishes with Pakistani and my country INDIA..

There's no manufacturing plant in Pakistan, unlike in India where the government only allows sale of cars once a manufacturer installs a manufacturing plant. Its due to this reason that you have access to cheaper cars. In Pakistan, the cars are imported in form of CKDs (complete knock down kits), which are assembled here in the assembly plants. We badly need manufacturing plants here in PAK, that's the only way we can have cheaper cars here like in India.
