- Ingredients:
all purpose flour 1 cup
vegetable oil 2 tablespoon
capsicum
cabbage
onion
tomato
garlic
chilli
Ginger
green chilli sauce 1 tbsp
soya sauce 1 tbsp
red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
tomato sauce 1 tbsp
salt 1 TSP
mustard oil 2 tbsp
preparation method:
first kneed semi soft dough. put a pen on a flame add water and add vegetable oil let it boil.
then take the bhujia maker machine and add the dough and make noodles in hot boiling water. make all the noodles cook it 5 minutes on high flame then remove from the water and drainage with cold water greece vegetable oil.
then put the pan on the flame in mustard oil and paste the garlic, chilli and Ginger.
add chopped onion capsicum cabbage and tomato ester fry on high flame .
then add prepared noodles and mix them well.
add chilli sauce soya sauce red chilli sauce and tomato sauce and salt fry them well.
The noodles are ready to eat.
