I have crossed Raiki Ryu level very easily you don't have to go inside of that sharp red wall you have to throw shuriken from behind the wall and can kill this monster easily.
You're right but draw him close to you by going close to and past the wall as long as you're back in your territory, however I defeated because of a glitch as his teleportation hit me behind the left wall as it entered in my territory and my dash was on charge but man, thanks to the glitch and his movement after he got stuck, I still had the upper hand, and that boss battle, I died once as I was defenceless cause of dash, once again his teleportation was way over near the ledge of the game and my smart work of battering him 😂😂😂😂😅
