What a hymn of serenity & freedom. Years ago I did childcare for a 12 year little girl (& her family) that was challenged with multiple scleoris & cerbal palsy. I was 16 y.o., and I took great pride in being of assistance to her family. I can not stress enough that it is a life that is unimaginable for parents that choose to keep their child home with them. The care for a love one is endless, it is round the clock demanding care along with chores & jobs to go to. Just wanted to share.

Beautiful song, harmony and voices! Janis Ian, thank you for writing this moving tribute to old age.
Janis Ian is such a treasure and these 3 singers together just add to the beauty of the composition. This is a master class in one song.
Heartwrenchingly beautiful.
Breathtakingly beautiful. Thank you.
I forgot how much I loved folk much. This takes my breath away.
It is such a beautiful song. Sad that Odetta has also passed on. The voices just blended so well together.
This has been one of my favorite Ian pieces for close to 35 years. Thanks for sharing this. RIP Phoebe.
