I know that Rustage sounds nothing like any official voice for 17 and Shwabadi's the voice actor of the UK Nerdcore Trio but if Dragon Ball were to get another dub (I believe there are like 4-5 official English dubs?) and Rustage were to voice 17, his voice would fit the character like a glove. Breath control, all it is really, first try to talk or exhale for as long as possible, then try to speed it up, and then learn how to take VERY short inhales, and be able to use that little amount of air to keep going, basically once you can do rap god at 10 percent faster than the original in one breath, you can do literally anything at that point, or atleast that's how I learned, it's hard to explain tbh, sorry if its confusing

I am three hours late and I have absolutely no idea what happens during this point of the Dragon Ball series as I watched DBZ when I was young and I can remember some. I know that Rustage sounds nothing like any official voice for 17 and Shwabadi's the voice actor of the UK Nerdcore Trio but if Dragon Ball were to get another dub (I believe there are like 4-5 official English dubs?) and Rustage were to voice 17, his voice would fit the character like a glove. Breath control, all it is really, first try to talk or exhale for as long as possible, then try to speed it up, and then learn how to take VERY short inhales, and be able to use that little amount of air to keep going, basically once you can do rap god at 10 percent faster than the original in one breath, you can do literally anything at that point, or atleast that's how I learned, it's hard to explain tbh, sorry if its confusing
