    Been drinking the fenugreek water for 2 months and babyyy all I can say is my skin is smooth and my hair is thick and healthy. I ve been making my own hair and Shea butter at home for years. It’s easy! My oil even keeps mosquitoes off of me!! I use olive oil, grapes seed oil, castor oil, fenugreek powder, rosemary oil, tea tree oil and peppermint oil!

    • @shontecraig
      @shontecraig ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Question: How much of the fenugreek seeds do you add to your water? And do you allow the fenugreek seeds ferment in the water over night before you start drinking the water?

    Fenugreek is great to clear your skin and thicken your hair, but Curry leaves the mask or the oil literally grows your hair I make it up once a week. It really do work so just imagine using all of these methods I drink my water spray it in my hair and use the oil when it comes to curry leaves. I blend it with yogurt, make it into a paste or I spray the water on my hair and I can just tell y’all my hair growing growing.

    From my experience I can tell you the easiest way to speed up the infusion of oil is in an instant pot. Prepare everything in a jar and after that settle the instant pot at yoghurt function and program it for 10-12 hours. Works wonderfully and because the temperature is low the quality of oil is much higher than on the stovetop.

    What is the right way to start drinking fenugreek? I tried it for about 2 weeks and I think it was too strong I felt shaky and maybe it lowered my blood pressure I don’t have any blood pressure problems so it felt too low, suggestions?

    • @danieshateele429
      @danieshateele429 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @ nisades8066, I would definitely use less seeds on the first go around! You don’t want to start out with it being too strong. Test the waters out and then from there increase the amount of seeds you put in as well as the amount of cups you consume a day
