I feel like Winter been hitting different since Got the Beat… everyone brought the sass here and I’m loving the acting skills and action scenes.
For the MV, to me it feels like the rules at the beginning are either how to escape from drama or how to create it/make it worse :
1) "Look immediately when you feel a presence in the dark" -> react quickly each time you have a bad feeling = making the drama worse because you react with emotion without thinking
2) "if your reflection in the mirror tries to shake your hand, do not let it" -> be scared of yourself, doubt, don't trust yourself, don't accept this part of you = letting the drama going even if it hurts you and your self esteem
3) "Light can blind your eyes. Run away at full speed" -> let things happen in the shadow, talk in the back of others, hide your self, hide the drama = making the drama worse again because of lacks of communication and people acting bad in peoples back
Now the 4th rule says that the only way to escape is to do the opposite :
1) Don't react to quickly when something bad happens or if you have a bad feeling, take your time to make wise decision after looking at the situation
2) Accept who you are, trust yourself, don't be scared to act
3) Don't hide, don't let other hide themselves either, be authentic, don't lie, bring light and truth to clear the drama

I definitely like this more than Spicy and Girls… it’s definitely one of their best title tracks. 👏🏾🙌🏾 I was blown away from this song and MV. This song is definitely catchy and addicting.
Same Savage is just perfection to me and it would be hard for them to top it, but tbh this tt was really good.

i share the exact same sentiments with how after savage, their title tracks don't have that oomph savage had (though i love girls and spicy) BUT DRAMA WAS INSANE....
I really enjoyed this tt. What I personally missed in this ep is the cohesiveness the savage ep had. The last few tracks felt kinda out of place. Also I love when they do “experimental” music and I kinda wish the ep had more experimental electronic music. Aespa could totally pull it off.

I Iove aespa's music. It’s unique. It’s futuristic. Their storyline/lore is intriguing. Their discography is diverse. I love their concept. I love their sound.
I really liked the length of the songs. I don't know, I always like what goes against trends. If there's a trend on short songs, it starts to annoy me for some reason.
And the way they did it: their chorus is really extended, you get the full taste, it doesn't sound short, as well as verses, and yet they've managed to put entire post-chorus after the last chorus, and they've even added small post-post-chorus at the end. That's what you can get, when your song has a proper length.
About the quality of music itself, 8/10, probably around Spicy for me, vocals were slightly too strong, and music was slightly too weak. Great song, I think gonna be on my playlist for at least a month. I'll come back to the album later.

ooh you missed out on the teaser vids for the mini album since they had no spoilers for the songs itself. But I would highly recommend checking them out when you get chance, especially since you have heard the tracks now. The individual member vids were really cool short films and some of them will really shock you XD Even if you watch them in your own time, I do recommend them since they were really fun :D
