Note: Kalamazoo College, Western Michigan University old campus and Michigan Technology University should have been highlighted with uofm too. They are equally impressive as well. I visited them all and would say uofm and the 3 mentioned above are tops in Michigan

Thank you for this lovely video, Michigan truly is a beautiful state. I would ask, though, that you do a bit more research and know the proper pronunciation of place names. The northern point of the lower peninsula is the city, Mackinaw, past that is the island, Mackinac. Both are pronounced the same despite the different spelling. The are pronounced as "Mack i naw" The "c" at the end of the islands name is silent. From the Mackinac Island tourism bureau "The name Mackinac has been influenced by Native Americans, the British, and the French. The French built Fort Michilimackinac in 1715 in present-day Mackinaw City. The British took control of the fort in 1761 and moved it to Mackinac Island in 1780. The British changed the spelling of the city to reflect the way the name is pronounced, with a "w"."

I echo the comments included here. This was a delightful capture of some of our state’s finer points. I thank you. But…pronunciation…please. I cringed every time you said said MackinaC…and it’s said three times in a short span of seconds in your wonderful review of our cherished island. Also, Muskegon…you seem to want to find new and innovative ways to present our names locales. Also, I was quite surprised that while you beautifully highlighted Detroit’s museum campus, you neglected to mention the Charles A Wright Museum of African American History which sits nearly adjacent to the DIA. This, along with the Art Institute, the Historical Museum, the Library, and even The Scarab Club, make up a lush cultural landscape. Maybe an update might be in store. And I’d like to invite you back…let’s take a walk along the Detroit Riverwalk…it will blow your mind! But, gratitude for The Henry Ford, The Zoos, Sleeping Bear Dunes, The Mejier Gardens, Belle Isle, Pictured Rocks (although a bit taken aback that you showed only one quick shot of the actual pictured rocks) and more.

Lost me at the mispronouncing.....can't trust someone that doesn't do actual research before making a video.

Whoever produced this video does not know about Michigan. Many mistakes in this video concerning pronounciation, locations and history and many places that Michiganders love that are not tourist attractions.

This list is a joke it highlights how wonderful Detroit is while essentially saying that the rest of our state sucks
