Process is same,
Just you have to change Lvds cable and connection are same

hı my friend I have 32 ınch samsung mainboard and 15 ıch lcd panel from my old laptop. I connect the panel to maınboard but ıt ıs not workıng there just backlıght camıng but no ımage can halp me . I chek the lvsd conecction 100 tıms thre all of ıs rıght

You have to update main board software according to LCD panel resolution then image will come
