Amazing mods! Wish I could add some of those mods to my 606 and 707. That hihat mod for the 707 would be reaally useful.

yeah !! Useful modding ! It's like with cars, we won't put fancy lights and painting on them but we'll open it and enhance the engine itself XD So it would look normal but feel really more awesome to drive XD

Hey Jacob, your modding skills are next level. Love the stuff you did to the Roland gear. But the organ is absolutely fucking nuts. I mean that in the nicest way possible. Roland should be approaching you to freelance in their r&d department. The products might have a chance of really getting back to the glory days instead of the crap digital modelling of the old glory days gear. Cheers from Australia mate.

Cool! I think I might try that mod some time. I actually made my own voice chip clones if you want the gerber files and schematics etc.! They work great.

Ich stelle mir immer nur eine Frage, woher nimmt man die ganze Kohle für die Hardware? Würde auch gerne mein ganzes Zimmer voll stellen, leider sind plugins sehr viel günstiger...
vieles ist defekt gekauft und aufgearbeitet worden. plugins haben eine menge vorteile, nutze ich hauptsächlich bei der abmischung
Oh ach so, bin im Umgang mit dem Lötkolben nicht so gut.Ich möchte was die Klangerzeugung angeht auf jeden Fall weg vom Pc, auch wenn die Möglichkeiten viel größer sind. Habe schon ein System 1 und hätte mir gerne die Tr8 geholt aber 16 steps sind mir dann doch zu wenig, gibt es da Möglichkeiten diese zu erweitern? Danke für die schnelle Antwort :)
Die TR-8 ist ja nicht analog, da gibt es also nicht wirklich was zu löten. Ist letztlich nichts anderes als Software mit einem Controller genau wie das System-1 und die anderen Roland Aira oder Boutique Sachen.
16 steps lassen sich mti Var. A/B auf 32 erweitern. man kann noch einen trigger out einbauen, hab ich gelesen...
Sehe gerade den Akai Rhythm Wolf komplett analog und hat schon 32 Steps und kostet nur ein Bruchteil, wunderbar! :D Danke Leute für die Inspiration! Bei einem Neupreis von 135 könnte man sogar überlegen daran rum zu basteln =)
