Later YT or some people wonder why we hack this stupid website and block all sorts of bloatware that keeps spamming onto us ... or simply deactivate our accounts and move on to a different coherent platform.

Pretty good ROI. $200,000,000+ to have fights worse than anything 20 years ago but home video? Terrible ROI It's all a matter of perspective. Think of it like you learning to print miniatures. Your first ones are cheap paint, cheap brushes, and terrible technique. Then the technique gets better. Maybe you'll never win an award but you're going to be excited you are better than before.

The 'Saracen' is vital to the story because the outsider who travels with Robin offers perspective and common values. The story is not about Robin. Its about his Merry Men. The greatest of which is Marion. A childhood companion who remembers his faults as he comes to remember hers. How they unite to use their skills. Then see how powerful they can be as a force for good. Marion is an educated and wise being. She is skilled in riding archery and politics. She is no one's fool. This is why Robin falls for her. The best he can do is defend her. She sees this and accepts finally perhaps her stupid childhood friend is honest. Love has many ways of working. She likes the dashing. She does not respect it. Robin wants to save a damsel. He needs a equal. This is what makes tales.

I think Shad means well. Perhaps his interpretations get lost in all his expressive passion. I use AI to stimulate my own creativity, increase my workflow, and tackle daily problems. That's how it should be implemented. AI is simply a tool. I believe we're all born creative to varying degrees, but some people out there will use AI as a crutch out of laziness or to compensate for their lack of talent.

GRRM absolutely does owe people. He owes them every dime they ever invested into his work thinking he would actually complete it some day. I'm sick of people saying he doesn't owe his fans anything. Without his fans he would have nothing, and he made them an implicit promise when he published the first book in the "series" that it would eventually be completed unless circumstances beyond his control prevented it. Nothing but his own laziness and ego are preventing him from completing the series. Every author creates the same obligation because they are asking their readers to make a long-term investment in their ability to finish what they started. GRRM also likely owes his publisher those books via contract. If you are contracted to build a house, you don't get to stop building it part way through, claim you have no obligation to finish it, and then walk away with the money you scammed so far out of the owners. "Artists" get away with that BS way too often, and there are other authors out there that will tell you the same thing.
Did he actually say "I promise this series will have a printed ending you can read". If not, then no there is never a guarantee a writer will finish a book series. Hell, the show makers knew what ending he wanted before season 6. His health was, and may still be, in bad shape and they didn't know if he'd be alive to finish the books. He doesn't owe the fans anything, it sucks for those who will be waiting forever. But, 5 ish years ago he wasn't even going to be alive to write it potentially.

Concerning Loki ep 2, I agree that chasing down and interrogating "Brad" took way too long and felt dragged out, however to everyones complaint that Loki should have used some sort of magic/illusion while interrogating him at the TVA, magic doesnt work inside the TVA (Sylvie and Loki both attempt it in season 1). So at least the writers remembered that aspect of the lore (but maybe should have thrown a one-liner in to remind the audiance).
I simply assumed that nothing works in the TVA (like the Infinity Stones) and that Disney Marvel is constantly looking for reasons to castrate and depower their male characters. But wow! The writers actually remembered their own lore? Long story short, the audience will tend to care as much as the show does. I started watching Loki season 2, and I can hardly remember anything from season 1. I am usually like that little kid sitting too close to the TV with my gaze glued to the screen, but I hardly pay attention when I watch Loki.

I think Shad means well. Perhaps his interpretations get lost in all his expressive passion. I use AI to stimulate my own creativity, increase my workflow, and tackle daily problems. That's how it should be implemented. AI is simply a tool. I believe we're all born creative to varying degrees, but some people out there will use AI as a crutch out of laziness or to compensate for their lack of talent.

I'm a funeral director and can answer some of those questions about graveyards and burying people standing up.
1) No we're not running out of space for graveyards. You can actually bury 2 caskets on top of each other. It's called a lawn crypt. There is also cremation and burial at sea.
2) You don't want to bury someone standing up because the deceased (even if they are embalmed) would slide down in the casket when the casket is turned upright, the family would here a big "BANG" probably a long with some snapping (that's grandmas feet and legs breaking) and there really isn't a need to bury anyone upright anyway.
3) Gary it's totally legal to be buried in a landfill if you a) first get permission from the land owner b) disclose burial location on the death certificate c) disclose that Gary is buried on the land whenever that land owner wants to sell that land
4) Death orchards.... It's kind of a work in progress. A company is working on a prototype that has like a 'pod' your body would be enclosed in and a tree is planted on you. It's not an actual thing yet. Also don't plant a tree on your loved ones ashes. It'll kill the tree.

Thor's hammer! It's childish! I've noticed that it's getting worse on FNT. Even Gary, the host, is a BIG part of the problem, even on BBC. There's a lot of folks and everyone wants to jump in with their opinions, I get it, but it becomes extremely unbearable when all of them start shouting over each other. If you can't wait your turn, simply keep the interruptions to 10 words or less (or none!), then let the other person finish their points. Might have to create an internet talking stick. to be fair people said the exact same about photoshop and digital art for years saying it was nothing compared to pen to paper art. GRRM absolutely does owe people. He owes them every dime they ever invested into his work thinking he would actually complete it some day. I'm sick of people saying he doesn't owe his fans anything. Without his fans he would have nothing, and he made them an implicit promise when he published the first book in the "series" that it would eventually be completed unless circumstances beyond his control prevented it. Nothing but his own laziness and ego are preventing him from completing the series.
Every author creates the same obligation because they are asking their readers to make a long-term investment in their ability to finish what they started. GRRM also likely owes his publisher those books via contract. If you are contracted to build a house, you don't get to stop building it part way through, claim you have no obligation to finish it, and then walk away with the money you scammed so far out of the owners. "Artists" get away with that BS way too often, and there are other authors out there that will tell you the same thing.
Did he actually say "I promise this series will have a printed ending you can read". If not, then no there is never a guarantee a writer will finish a book series. Hell, the show makers knew what ending he wanted before season 6. His health was, and may still be, in bad shape and they didn't know if he'd be alive to finish the books. He doesn't owe the fans anything, it sucks for those who will be waiting forever. But, 5 ish years ago he wasn't even going to be alive to write it potentially.

Concerning Loki ep 2, I agree that chasing down and interrogating "Brad" took way too long and felt dragged out, however to everyones complaint that Loki should have used some sort of magic/illusion while interrogating him at the TVA, magic doesnt work inside the TVA (Sylvie and Loki both attempt it in season 1). So at least the writers remembered that aspect of the lore (but maybe should have thrown a one-liner in to remind the audiance).

I simply assumed that nothing works in the TVA (like the Infinity Stones) and that Disney Marvel is constantly looking for reasons to castrate and depower their male characters. But wow! The writers actually remembered their own lore? Long story short, the audience will tend to care as much as the show does. I started watching Loki season 2, and I can hardly remember anything from season 1. I am usually like that little kid sitting too close to the TV with my gaze glued to the screen, but I hardly pay attention when I watch Loki.
