@@freelancingwithsilvia got 40 connect, not 50.... I think Rule has been Changed....maximum is getting 30 to 40 range now..... As a youtuber you need to research more.
@dynamichimu4099 and as a watcher, you should see this video was made 2 months prior to your comment, and you should also see I linked my sources (Upwork's own site) in the description of the video, where you could confirm the info in my video that was 100% valid when you made this comment. they've now changed the rules and I'm making a follow up video to help those who want to be helped, rather than shit on others' hard work without checking their facts first 😜

it's not a matter of time and/or proposals sent as much as it is the quality of your profile and proposals. I would recommend you focus on quality over quantity and be patient, as nothing good comes overnight 😉
