Thank you! I'm trying hard with this. I can't open my arm (external rotation), even if assisted and applying other force.
After experimenting a lot, I do as well the scapula protraction in a position of shoulder lateral raise, (pushing away with a band simultaneously with both arm parallelto the ground). Is something that I haven't seen done before and has helped me.
Do scapula pull-ups work the correct part of the shoulder to correct winging, which in turn may improve rounded shoulders? Or am I training them and shoulder blade could be in an incorrect position? Thank you. Enjoying your videos.
Are you focussing on holding the shoulder itself down and back and isolate most of the movement from the schoulderblade while doing all exercises?
Hi. Thanks for illustrating what muscle needs to active with the movement namely the serratus anterior. I then did the movement as illustrated and I could feel it fires up during the movement because of your explanation. Thanks a lot.
Glad it helped :)
