I think we should choose both. As python is easier to learn and being used in AI. But Ai related jobs are less in the developing countries. So JavaScript is the life saving programming language. I think we should master three languages: python, JavaScript and Java. What's your opinion?

Yeah obviously, just do anything that makes your service better, your client is not going to deny a better product. But yeah if you are preparing for interviews than having a habit of generating code with gpt maybe a problem but you can learn stuff after generating it from gpt.
