The response would be to support your spouse while he/she studies and will be leaving at the expiry of your visa. I find it weird though that they would ask the question of 'when are you leaving'.

It depends on the deadline given to you by the school. Even though your course has started, I think there's always an extension of 2-4 weeks depending on your school but the final deadline which you're expected to be in the UK would be on your CAS letter.

It's totally up to whoever you meet at the POE. As I mentioned in the video, my dependent wasn't asked any question.
