    One of these days I will dip my toes back into etsy. My main focus is in person sales at events, so that is taking most of my energy. I really need to have the online revenue to scale my business. You have a lot of good tips. Thanks for sharing!

    Hands down the best TH-cam channel for growing a business through Etsy. I apply a lot of what you preach here and its having really good results for my Etsy shop. Once question though. How the hell do you manage your time? My business is scaling at a rate much slower than yours yet I have a lot of difficulty splitting my time between all aspects of the business. To simultaneously create new products, improve the manufacturing process of existing ones, keep up inventory for all the variations, manage social media, etc seems absolutely insane to me. Im sure you have people working for you but Im curious as to what method you use for managing your time and day to day activities.

      Aww man the kindest words! The time management question, that’s a big question. But one thing is if you have some cashflow then I would delegate (hire) the jobs that are repetitive so you can focus on other elements. Even part time. Look in the the book “E myth” it will change your perspective on management and business growth

    Thanks for making this new video. Inspiring. !!! I am having difficulty thinking of an mvp. Or category to do. Every time I think of something I immediately think is there really a market for it. Can’t think of a killer product.

      I would really check out Erank and make sure that you look at the data, guessing whether there’s a market for it or not is a gamble, if you see a highest search volume for a particular product that you know there is a market

    • @thetalkshop

      If it helps the conversation rate then yes if not then no. Your objective is not to make more sales but to get higher conversion rate, cus that will rank you and sales will follow

    If you know, what does “hand altered” mean in the amazon definition of hand made, hand altered, or hand assembled products? In particular does amazon define anywhere how much altering constitutes altering? I saw some jewelry products that definitely seemed “unaltered” but I am still learning. Obviously I am open to anyone with experience in this market to answer as Amazon has not responded to my inquiries. May you all have the greatest day possible.

    Hey, I have two products that I'm selling about 5 to 10 a month each while using Esty ads. I can only manage about 25 to 40 visits a day, if i could get these products In front of more eyeballs I think i could do a lot better. Do you think these would be good candidates for amazon handmade?

      @@Manathos I would try to see if you can really get traction on Etsy first, Etsy is the cheapest option for testing out products to see if they work. Amazon drains more money so I would recommend to go on Amazon only when you have a product that generates a bit more confidence

    Is there a point where you’d kill listings?

    • @thetalkshop
      @thetalkshop  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have close down the whole store for cat callers, because I was using small buckles that are made for dog collars, and because I was getting three stars and average, and shut the whole thing down. And will reopen soon with proper components. Other than that, the only other time that I killed a listing was if I didn’t want to sell it anymore or the quality was up to my standards
