Your description has answered my long standing unanswered query ki if Dhana-jeera powder consists of only dhania and jeera it can be added separately also in sabzi , why make mixed powder. Now I came to know that though it is called Diana-jeera powder ,it has other ingredients too. Thanks for the info.

I have used Dhana Jeera Masala in many recipes on my channel like Paneer Butter Masala, Moong Dal, Punjabi Samosa etc.

Please check the video description for measurements, you can reduce the quantity in equal proportion to make in small quantity.

You have written in the description that the ratio of dhana jeera is normally 2:1 but your proportion of jeera is very less .

Are you sure all these ingredients ?? I’m Gujarati and we used to grind at home and never did my mom or mother in law add all those spices.
