As a Boom Beach player, I love this world! The Mech boss looks really cool!

I don’t think SB will go global in its current form, but my perception is based on how boring I found last year’s beta to be. I hope my mind will be changed on the 23 but I don’t hold out much hope right now. Having said that, I do think the new stuff like Parties sounds good! Excited for this! Also the new baby addition to be very cute though, This obviously will appeal to even younger players. Also, the evolution, new units, some new modifiers and the Squad league has potential.
The game absolutely needs new game modes, game balancing because last year’s beta I was always frustrated by having good momentum with my teams only to have someone else come along and destroy me. I also am concerned about the monetization which SC is infamous for.
I have played nearly every soft launch they have ever had and am very cynical because of the sheer amount of games SC has killed. Some deserved it, I’m looking at you Clash Quest & Rush Wars but others did not including Clash Mini.
Despite my misgivings about SB, I will be giving it another try on the 23 and I hope SC will do right by this game with the most effective team that won’t run the game into the ground disappointing many players.❤
Im so hyped for this game! I got couple of questions still though... maybe I missed it but there is exp after each battle, what is that for? How much do epic characters cost in the shop (or do they even apear)?What is round about the average Characters from a chest and what was the highest you got? And lastly what happens if you got all Characters maxed and open a chest? It would be really interesting to know that imo and I would be so intersted, it would be cool if you could do that :)
There is xp! I would imagine it’s used in matchmaking but I can ask :)
Epic baby characters do appear in the shop and they are 1200 coins each. From the dev build, it seems like the avg from a chest is 5 characters.
You still get characters because evolving characters gives you portal XP 👍

Personally at the moment this level system is fine (even though i loved the old system way more), though i think we will see HUGE changes to that, since we got no "special" currency (like gems in brawl), the extreme rampup (from 1k to 10k theoratically per lvl) and no real cosmetic options to support the game. I could see that progression could be reverted back to the last beta at somepoint but we will see.... thx again so much for the update infos and i cant wait to play it myself and make videos for fun about squad :)
Regarding parties, do you know if someone’s units will attack someone else in the same party’s units when in close proximity?

Do we know a specific time on the 23rd it will be released? Also on heavy’s baby form it says shoots faster when staying in place, don’t you have to stop moving for them to shoot anyway?

Yea it just means it has to “charge” when standing still so after your move the fast attack resets
I loved Clash mini but this game looks more complete for it to go global

I played clash mini for all time but it didnot lauch but i am very happy when it lauch for only beta and if it goes glaobal i will be very happy and me and you beacuse you did a lot when you play clash mini so i am gald you was in our side for all the time and i was serching for squad buster the main super cell youtuber played it only once but you are bribg more content for us to know what are the main thing❤❤❤

@@FullFrontage Not hosted by randoms but multiplayer SB mode where the game itself matches people up. That would be convenient but what you said would be nice too. Either way, I’m grateful we have the party option.
I think the chest keys should´nt work in ranked since they are SO p2w!

The competitive mod we cant play with Friends right? Its not safe play with Friends, they can steal trophey...
4 worlds! After you complete them you get squad league and yes portal energy is the way to progress. Trophies is just a number, nothing tied to them.
For playing with friends, you don’t win or lose trophies when playing with friends.

What will happen to the trophies
You’ll have your trophies, you’ll just need to do the new world to get back to squad league!

What happens when you are in squad league and a new world realises? And if you reach squad league again, do you continue from where you left off or will it be reset?
The new world will takeover Squad League and you’ll be reset half your trophies up to 4000
So example:
You have 2,000 trophies, you to 1,000
You have 6,000 trophies, you go to 3,000
You have 8,000+ trophies, you go to 4,000

I certainly hope so! As of now it seems like it definitely has the potential for a global game. Once it’s live, we’ll be able to see what it needs to get there
Definitely needs game modes and some other features I’m planning to request in the discord server of squad buster but I’m gonna wait and see if it actually needs those features I’m thinking then tell them

There aren’t seasons it seems at least for now

Clash Mini and Squad Busters are 2 completely different games. Clash mini was a great game and didn’t deserve to be ended but because some people perceive it as “better” doesn’t mean that Squad Busters can’t be successful on its own.
Clash mini was not better, it got boring really quickly and they kept on reworking it and making it more pay to win and it became too hard to compete unless you spent tons of money@nicee090
