Watching Belmo, Rash and even Simonson throw those godawful shots that missed the head pin the the left, to the right, dead middle for big 4's, I would have to imagine that the lane conditions were beyond awful. These are the world's best bowlers and they can't stay away from the open frames. But Prather just threw good ball after good ball, and in the end he just executed better than 4 of the top bowlers in the world. After that PBA Championship title and now this, Prather has to be considered one of the best bowlers himself.
If you watch the telecast back and keep an eye on the kegel specto thing he had a stupid amount of miss room. He really wasnt making better shots than everyone else he just made it through game one and was able to set the lanes up for himself. He sure is fun to watch though

Nope, Prather is very careful financially. Before he won that $100k from 2019 PBA playoffs, he said that he and his fiancee already had every dollar planned out if he won it. I bet this is the exact same thing. The two of them plan out their expenses and income and I just don't seem the Shark even having the option of treating the other guys =)

I’m a big fan of his now and I started bowling in 1959 in my first bowling league as a nine year old. Grew up watching all the greats.
Only won 100k but if you wanna throw in the extra money to make the majors 1mil that’d be nice , maybe then the pba tour would actually be a good investment for these guys , as of right now they grind and travel for most of the year and most barley make a living ..

Bowl just six games. Do it again the day after, then 12 the third day. That's just to get a standard TV show. They had to bowl 42 games in three days for this show. And then get ready to do it again next week.
