the button and door they were talking about was in another shovelware game called shrunken school obby. when you get to a specific stage, climb the brown colored pencil that you find outside to the second floor. there will be a button between the lockers. press the button and then do the obby like normal. then when you have to walk on the colored pencils between the worms, jump down the dark hallway and go through the door. the flashlight they were referring to is being sold, like in the question.
