thank you! i was struggling with understanding custom objects, difference with hashtable, etc etc... you cleared up a lot of stuff for me :)
now i understand better what ChatGPT is trying to tell me hahaha
I am just a system admin, not a programmer, but i have written a several-thousand lines of code powershell script for handling everything when a user is departed from company (revoking licenses, removing accesses, removing from security groups, handling transfer of ownership of groups (m365, sharepoint,teams), removing delegation of shared exchange mailboxes and configuring email forwarding to manager for period of time, etc etc... so just wanting to start using the more advanced features of powershell

I'm glad you found the video useful :) I think the line between being a programmer and not is really blurry these days - we develop code, design automations, write tests, run pipelines, use algorithms...
