These two are so entertaining. I’m not one to watch cooking shows, however they make cooking so fun to watch. This is almost better than “Virgin River” At least a close second. Some really good writer should write a comedy for these two. Seriously. Martin is hilarious and so is Alex.

And a bonus we get to see the beautiful Canadian countryside. (Yes I know its supposed to be set in California). Martin when you mentioned the line about the knife thing, apart from Crocodile Dundee it was also used in the first movie of Wolf Creek, by character Mick Taylor. tell Martin & Alex instead flouring the bowl, to spray oil the bowl before putting the dough into it to rise, or better is use ev olive oil and roll the dough in the oil, then oil a piece of plastic and put over the bowl and the a damp cloth on that, put it in the oven to rise over night, next morning heat oven to 450, remove cloth (tea towel and plastic ) put 2 cookie trays on the lower shelf of the oven , fill with hot water, on middle rack of oven put in bread, bake until top is lightly (n15 min) brown, lower oven to 400, bake for 5 to 10 more minutes. oh, I have convection oven so the temps may be different good luck you are great together on the series
