I started listening to this band two days ago and believe that my experience in music would be left largely incomplete if I had missed out on the Dirty Three. What I still can't figure out is how he can play the violin so... well... 'dirty'.
i've listened to lots of different music... but i'm not sure anything touches me as much as listening to this music played with so much love and passion.. i'm at peace

@nocasterboy Is that not the best thing about the song, sure it's not your average 4/4 beat, and the guitar doesn't hit the beats like it would normally, but that's the whole atmosphere of the song. It's definitely not out of time though, i've played guitar for a long time and I would consider the song top notch

It’s 2024. I’m not sure how I discovered The Dirty Three but I feel absolutely compelled by them. I have tickets to their show in Byron Bay in August.
