Seen some stats a few years ago, police hit rate past 7feet was in the 1-3% range. Looks like that was accurate here. Lots of factors to consider, You see it often once someone starts shooting others join in and the couldn't possibly have target in sights.
That was way to many shots. If that one officer didn't tell the other killers to stop shooting they would of shot until they had no ammo left and he would be dead. The guy never shot at them he was trying to get away. I have seen hundreds of police chase videos and there are some real police departments that are able to catch the bad guys without killing them like a lot of other departments that just start shooting as soon as they exit their car. There is ways like spike strips and the new things that attach to their vehicle and look the cats together.
