- Here’s the second part of Cadeaux at the beach house in South Africa as Isabelle opens more wonderful gifts sent by incredibly kind viewers…
In 'Cadeaux at the Chateau', all of the inhabitants of the Chateau de Lalande gather together to open beautiful gifts that people have sent from all over the world. All of the monetisation from these videos will be donated to a different charity each month. TH-cam earnings fluctuate wildly each month, as ad revenue changes throughout the year. Here are the charities that we've donated to so far:
July 2020:
British Heart Foundation UK (in memory of my father) €634

Alzheimer's Research UK (in memory of all of the residents of my parents' nursing homes) €350

Prostate Cancer Foundation (in memory of Selmar's father) €1,255

I used to show the gifts as part of ' @The Chateau Diaries ' episodes, but you're all so very generous that we have many gifts, and if we spent the episodes opening them, we wouldn't be able to show you other aspects of chateau life! So, for those of you who enjoy watching presents being opened, and as a way to thank those of you who were kind enough to send them, I've made this new channel. Every week we will film your beautiful gifts whilst enjoying afternoon tea or aperitif together.
It is very important to me that you know that we in no way expect anyone to send us gifts. I would like to go further than that and add that, if doing so will put you in any financial difficulty whatsoever, please, please do not send us anything. Knowing that you join us by watching 'The Chateau Diaries' gives us all an enormous boost. But for those of you who have sent these incredibly thoughtful gifts, I hope that seeing us open them gives you a fraction of the joy that you've given us 💖💖💖

If I had a million dollars I would send Isabelle 50,000 gifts just to watch her open them. She is such a joy and so tickled with everything she received. Splendid to witness. The moccasins were a treasure. Wow. How special. That's a real honor to receive direct from an authentic maker. Her little dance was such a joy. Loved every minute of these to videos that seemed far too short. lol

May Philip feel 🆓 to mix silver & gold, if it pleases him. Nothing says we must stick w/one metal. 🧐The experts do say silver goes w/cool skin tone & gold w/warm. However, there is a neutral skin undertone that suits both metals.
🤩Fashionista Trinny has a whole color theory based on the above principles. Ppl like to lump me into the "❄️ Winter " category bcos I have dark brown hair, white skin & blue eyes〰️ but it never really fit. Inherited lots of jewelry in both metals, but I've always been drawn to gold🪙. Thanks to Trinny of London, I figured out my undertone is neutral. How?
My dark hair gets reddish tints in 🌞Summer. I freckle. And, my eyes are more a medium blue. Although they can seem green, if I wear that color too.
Simply don't have the extreme striking Scandanavian coloring like Snow White (black hair, bright blue eyes, white skin w/blue veins). Nor do I have the creamy Celtic soft blue-gray misty eyes. My veins appear green, but I don't have sallow or pink tone to my skin. 🙂Her break through color analysis answered a lot of my questions.
