🎵An epilogue that doesn't end / we're back to that unwanted trend / as well as abandonin' others who dropped outta high school / yeah that was Kurt's mistake / but it's really him who's a fool🎵 (to the tune of ''The Song That Doesn't End'' from Lamb Chop's Play Along)
Woooooooow. The fact that mommy dearest IMMEDIATELY assumed her DAUGHTER was in the wrong after hearing that the engagement was off tells a lot about her character.
One minute covers it… Ex BF and I broke up. He struggled because his dad was pissed off at him. I don’t know what he’s doing now, but I’m doing fine because I opened my own business. It was a bit of a struggle, but in the end, I triumphed. End of discussion.

I just love the fact that he didn’t have enough money for alimony… So we went to his father to ask for help. But the bottom line is that the main character is the one who demanded such a Huge amount!! I know she got dumped … BUT she had PLENTY of chances to clear up the misunderstanding!
Ohhh myyyy gawwwwd!!! The endless ending!!! It’s like an entire 2nd boring story that nobody cares about! “The journey of entrepreneurship had its challenges?” Who talks like this? she mentioned financial struggles… But didn’t you get a boatload of money from your ex-boyfriend? You robbed him blind and ended the relationship between he and his father. Not impressed.
When I was young I worked some where where they taught me as I learned how to do the job at hand. Their are a lot of companies out their that will teach you what you need to learn as long as you are willing to learn it. But if you judge someone just because of their educational background then you are the loser not them. As long as they are making money and supporting themselves then you have no say to what they do with their lives. I didn't finish high school but I never had someone tell me I wasn't worthy of marriage either. So until this world can change their way of thinking then their is no hope for most people.
Kurt told mom that May lied on her application that she went to Cambridge and that is why she got hired at their prestigious firm. Yet now he says she lied about it, yet they have told him she did go to Cambridge. I am sooooooooooo confused.
I don't understand a lot of things....but most of all...why's the mom keep wanting the daughter to marry that guy? and how she just went straight to blaming the daughter and saying she must've did something wrong when she told her that she couldn't marry that guy anymore
@@ladylunaginaofgames40 well she sued the crap out of him because he was so poor after he paid compensation… That he had to go to his dad and ask for help
So both May and Kurt were hiding the fact that they graduated from Cambridge University? That doesn’t make sense, Kurt would have bragged about that. And since they were both working in the same field wouldn’t they have crossed paths there? Anyone else think that was an error or am I missing something here? I also don’t understand why Kurt said that May lied to him. She didn’t, she just didn’t mention that she graduated Cambridge, if her education was that important to Kurt HE should have asked her about it before getting engaged.
I think it was a mistake in the dialog. I think it was supposed to be her that graduated and knew the guy that got him the contract. I don't think he actually did.
Okay this story seemed to have taken itself to seriously. They were not married, so the compensation was not due to a divorce. Also, I don't think you can annual an engagement. Anyway, May dodged a bullet by not marrying Kurt; this guy was a wimp and to easily lead by his daddy anyway.
I'm Greek and I never understood that compensation thing calling off an engagement? 😅There's no such thing in Greece 🇬🇷 It's like breaking a relationship, it's a trial period to see how things go ( at least that's how we see it , and we are a homogenic traditional nation and we don't ridiculous things like these I hear in these stories especially the living with in laws etc 😅) greetings from Greece 🎉
Sure it saved her in the long run but not telling the person she intended to marry about her educational background is kinda shady. If you can't trust your own partner to that level, maybe that should be a sign there is a deeper problem in the relationship.

Don't bring extended epilogue into winter. It's enough dealing with the cold.

31:52 epilogue starts. It was fun while it lasted but the long winded conclusions are back
Thanks for the warning!
Thank you!
just make 5 or 2 min epilogue
Be glad that there’s an after that section compared to the other channel. 🙄

@bridgetdebourgh5698 the hubby is off on a business trip. So I'm home alone for the weekend. It's weird but I can bake cookies and keep them
Epilogue is too long.
"Listen I have woken up now" ------- Oh really? then go back to sleep byeee lol
It drives me up the freaking wall when people say “woken up”. It’s “awakened“

Her emotional distress lawsuit would be thrown out (her "good" lawyer would tell her that), just as his would.
Hate the way the people in these stories go from breaking an engagement to getting a divorce without marrying. Poor story telling.

His excuse is bunk. No one would care about what his wife’s educational background is.
In Japan, they actually do
Why are they speaking of divorce ? They were not married.
And 12 mns conclusion is waaaayyyu too much. So I skipped.
Plot twist: The Energizer Bunny's back in charge of the ''After That'' sections!
I think pretty much everyone skips those. Don't they realize that when they're making these?
The conversation between Kurt & the Mom is rather convoluted. It made my head spin & didn't make alotta sense for most of it.
Stop with the never ending end !!

31:50 Sweet Daddy D once said, "Yo, dawg! RUUUN!"
And how can academics be a strong suit if she couldn't handle them? That sounds like an oxymoron.
Kurt is going to regret his decision in the long run.

I don’t have much better things to do, but I’m still not listening to a 10 minute epilogue
How does an engagement need a divorce?am I missing something
Epilogue… goes on and on and on …..😢
I think the epilogue is actually longer than the stupid story
Since when has cancelling an engagement warranted compensation?
In some countries it does cus it counts as being marries. Although it also depends on the amount of funds put in the relationship
@@ladylunaginaofgames40 well she sued the crap out of him because he was so poor after he paid compensation… That he had to go to his dad and ask for help

You can anull an engagement and since they were engaged you can get compensation
You definitely can do this in Japan apparently

Another unnecessary long winded epilogue?! GET ON WITH IT!
12 minutes long "LATER" I didn't listen to it.
Kurt did you bother to investigate or did you just listen to the rumor mill? Guess you forgot about those skeletons in your closet
The end is ridiculous. The same thing over and over. Blah
The men's voices are obnoxious!
