One wonders how such facilities will fare with the new energy regime in Germany post 2023. Suspect enormous amounts of methane are needed to heat the steel and/or equivalent amounts of megawatt-hours of electricity. In the US primary aluminum production has almost vanished compared with 50 yrs ago simply because the cost of electricity made it uneconomic and US electricity is about 1/3 of Germany's.
That's what you get for building a stupid energy matrix based on burning coal because they're too afraid of nuclear energy for some reason. Europeans in general brought their own ruin by being a bunch of self righteous morons
1:34 That's incredible smoothness/accuracy for a forged part! It almost looks as if it's already been machined! How do they do that? Amazing! Such a clean looking factory too, compared to a lot of others on youtube.
That crankshaft is the size of a locomotive. It's probably the crank for a container ship. The tolerances out of the forge are probably +- ham sandwhich.

Absolutely incredible! 😎🔥 This is a true testament to human ingenuity and craftsmanship. The precision and scale of the forging plant and extrusion press are mind-boggling. It's fascinating to witness the intricate manufacturing process of Chinese razors and Russian wheels. 🛠🌍✨ The level of detail and quality achieved is simply magnificent. It's inspiring to see the dedication and expertise behind these impressive creations. Keep up the amazing work! 👏🏼💪🏼
Interesting video. But I can't stop laughing at an AI that talks and sounds as intelligent as Foghorn Leghorn the rooster from Looney Tunes. Doo Daah - Doo Daah 🙂
What gets me is no matter how massive a metal object is for a machine, it's manufactured parts tolerance is smaller than a hair strand. In extreme cases it's tolerance is as small as a virus. With such tight tolerances metal must have it's temperature taken into account otherwise parts fitting is impossible. No more is this most critical than making a hydrogen burning engine of any kind.
@@adeeponionbrah Actually, that's not a bad answer! Ha! I'm always curious as to who/how the machines that make other machines get built! Maybe it's more of a philosophical question than anything! Kinda like God...!
smaller machines make the parts that are assembled into larger machines....called step function growth, maybe....same with the progress of precision, less precise machine at it best operation can make parts that are assembled and fitted into a higher precision machine...
Great to watch but what's all this about mega newtons. Rather silly quoting mechanical unit that give huge numbers. One mega newton is 100 tonnes. Large but not cosmic. Why try to talk this up with silly small units?
I only watched it for a second period. It showed some guy dive on a balcony or 2nd story turn around and urinate on the people below. It was for a video game

I’m old enough to remember when the UK did this !
This has the best robot narrator I’ve heard so far. Look out! AI at work.
Germany is amazing at manufacturing.
I also enjoyed the 100+ year old Gillette razorblade manufacturing, compared with the mach 5 line.
That printing gun is sweet.
Always wondered how razor blades are made-- now i know!💪💪👍

Wichtige Firmen werden NOCH Subventioniert.
Germans misread the Russian dependency on oil issue, so don’t underestimate their naïveté and/or stupidity. Trump told them and they laughed.
Thank you very much

Excellent education information.

Magnifico !!😎
When I was working in a steel fabrication plant, the best sheet steel up to 3" thick was from Ukraine.

Nice, that's how I do them too.
Why not compressing steel at higher temperature but with smaller press ?
Interesting video.

Nothing Luke a huge thick slab of steel to get you excited in the morning 😂😂
We no longer produce large steel forgings in the US. In fact, even heavy castings are limited.
1:24 weeeeeeeeeeee...... I wanna go again, again
this vid is more a ad for the factory, then an video how they forge something 🤔😕
Where is that plant? Is it in China? What is the name of this company? I really need this information...

The looped hydraulic sound track has nothing to do with the video.

Who forged the forgers?
The Swiss. Just kidding. Funny question tho.
