Thank you! I just had a look at your videos, indeed many tunes are the same 😮 I had no idea. It's nice to see that this very old tunes still get played today in many different and beautiful interpretations. And on a Sindt whistle 😳
@@PedrosLamentsAndSlowAirs The last one Eanach Dhuin was my Sindt whistle, but most are the Asturias whistle made by Pablo in Mexico. Aluminium with a clear tone, but a warmth to it. Of course the one I want to play is my Susato….but it’s second octave is my nemesis 😀
@@PedrosLamentsAndSlowAirs ahh I also waited for the green one to come back in stock for a few months (there was a charming Irish quality with that colour) but then I just decided to go for red and start playing! Ah yes, I made sure to watch some of CutiePie's whistle videos too before making any decisions. Thank you!! I'm glad you are getting good use out of it, though most of the credit should go to Versilian Studios for much of the hard work and behind-the-scenes magic 🙏🧙♂️
Amazing! By the way, I'm curious about how you position your mic when you record. The sound here sounds quite different (in a good way) from other videos I've seen showcasing the MK
@@PedrosLamentsAndSlowAirs Thanks! I mic my whistles much closer but I guess having more distance captures some nice room sound especially if the h1n records in stereo.
sweet
Sehr schön
Very nice 🎶 We should do a duet one day..we seem to love the same tunes 😀

Gorgeous song! I also have an MK Low Whistle in D in red. What colour's yours? :)
All the best,
Jordi (etherealwinds)
Thank you! My low whistle is a green one (color inspired by @CutiePie).
Thanks very much for the fantastic harp plugin. It sounds amazing!

@@PedrosLamentsAndSlowAirs Snap. my MK pro in green was also inspired by seeing it played by CutiePie.

Thank you! I just use a Zoom h1n recorder with a windscreen (indoor), and then i go sit in front of it at a distance of about 50cm.
