The racing from the original DW12 aero kit provided some of the best racing that we have seen, on any type of circuit. As the downforce increased the quality of racing decreased, but the racing hasn't really picked up much since they decreased the downforce. I wonder if they could more closely replicate the front, rear, and cross downforce provided by these cars.
Derrick Gough I think the racing has picked up this year in the right ways. It's still the first year with the new car, so probably next year it will jump up more and with a new engine coming in a few years, that will change it as well.
How so? They run circuits just the same as Spa, Monza, and Le Mans. When was the last decent race that you saw at any of the previously mentioned circuits in a decent championship? Le mans has become a joke (especially LMP1), and Monza hasn't provided great racing in major series recently (unless you enjoy crashes). I enjoy Spa as a circuit, but I also enjoy Iowa. WEC and F1 have become tiresome to watch, in my opinion, because I enjoy passing and real racing. Austria (F1) was a great race, hopefully Silverstone can deliver and 2 of the 3 tracks you've mentioned are upcoming. WEC is becoming nearly unwatchable, both from an entertainment and political standpoint.
RHR was a beast at Iowa when it was a night race. Hopefully more of the same in a few weeks
Needs to be a night race again
I remember this race! Kanaan dominated & *SHOULD* have won this race! >:(

After seeing races in Spa, Monza and Le Mans, man, ovals like this one are tiresome!
