I was going to say this too! Ashley you’re doing some magic over there I or what girl cause I be using a whole pack and my hair isn’t even bra length yet! You know how to make a product stretch girl😍😍 maybe I’m too heavy handed😭😅
When I decided to go ahead and take the plunge and order, I watched your CP henna vid like 3 times, idk how I missed that you were using a whole pack! This whole time I'm poring these tablespoons like "is this *too*much??" No wonder I've been like dang where did this mixture go this quick?? Yup, I'm gonna use a whole pack next time. Thank you girl!!!
Girl I've been penny-pinching low-key so I won't run out low key lol, in addition to thinking when I see the mixture "ooo yeah that HAS to be enough"😂 Thanks to you ladies I'm gonna embrace my heavy-handedness and bring it over to the henna too lol, I'm going full bag pack time : ) 🧡
@@AshkinsCurls in the Henna and Aloe one I didn’t use a whole pack. But when I use the herbs by themselves with no conditioner I do, if that makes sense
Ashley!!!!! I LOVED THIS!!! You look GORGEOUS ❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰!!!!!!!! I’m soooo happy you love the henna!!!!!! I plan to use this this week so this was right on time!!!! I use to not use gloves too but then I was over the Orange hands for two weeks and the nails take so long to recover😭😭😭 so gloves for me now too😂 I love henna for my Greys not as a gloss when I color too cause I want all the color payoff😍😍😍 your hair will only get better and better with henna cause it keeps building 😍😍😍 you’re such a kind soul Ashley sending lots of love and happy new year!!!!🎆 keep glowing Ashley!
Ariel!!!! I was just thinking about you yesterday! I hope you and the fam are doing awesome : ) Before everything got super busy the past couple months it made me so happy when I got to browse IG for fun and saw how well your skits and reels are doing, get it honey!! So happy for you🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳!!! Girl yes those nails lol. I need to find a nice, more slippery pair of gloves, my nails will stay orange forever if I don't lol. Exactly, I like the glosses, but I'm like "gimmee allll that color" 😂, color-wise, this is the happiest I've been with my hair in years : ) Glad you helped me see the awesomeness of henna, it's been such a great solution and I can't wait to see how things go with it in the future, your comment makes me even more excited🌞🧡🌞🧡🌞Thank you so much love, it was great to hear from you, and you know how awesome and sweet I think you are! Your comments are always so so nice. Sending you lots of love too this year and beyond : ) Happy New Year Ariel, you keep glowing and prospering too my dear! And have a great henna sesh😀🌻🧡
It was so good! Got the grey coverage I've been looking for yayyy - Excited to see some cool health benefits over time this year : ) Thanks for watching!
Your hair is beautiful. I tried CP’s Henna & Aloe Masque last month and loved the results. I will be using it again tomorrow. I ordered her Amla Pro Thickness Powder and can’t wait to try it as well! 🙂❤️
Thank you so much Ayoola! So glad to hear you had a great experience with the CP Henna and Aloe Masque, loved my second time using it so I hope you had a great 2nd go with it too :) Oh nice, let me know how you end up liking the new Amla Pro Thickness Powder, it sounds great. Thanks so much for watching!💛🌞😀
I am a box dye girl and it can be a pain but I’m not ready to try henna. I still love watching you work with it. My dream is to go all grey eventually 🤔
Hey Lillian! It comes with so many things to consider, one of the reasons I didn't dive into henna was leaving the door open to *maybe* salon or box dye in the future, but the last few times I used box dyes I loved the color, but they didn't love me back, breakage and dryness galore : ( Ooo all grey would look so beautiful on you! At first I liked my grey, but over time they turned into these big, stark white strands against my dark hair, instead of in streaks, and lots of them stuck straight up, urghh lol. Happy Friday, thanks so much for watching!
I just did my first treatment of their amla masque. My shower looked like a mud bath. The henna masque was easier to clean up surprisingly. I think the amla masque had a dash more strength than the henna masque but all in all I love the henna masque the most.
Lol same here, my poor bathroom looks like I've been lost in the forest after rinsing out a treatment, but like you said it rinses pretty clean which is nice. Good to know about the Amla masque, I was wondering how that one would compare to the other two. Loving this one the most too, already excited for my next treatment. Hugs love!
Thank you so much again for this video!! I had to re-watch it so I know the steps to take because I am going to try the henna Aloe mix and then the henna pro strength I have tried the Amla powder and I absolutely love it - so thank you for your tips and I’ll keep you posted. I’m all about the gray coloring “naturally”- mine are similar to yours, it’s a little spotty but not too heavy and I’m okay with the color as well- I love it! it is beautiful 😍 y
Hi Shelby! Oh that’s awesome, I’m so glad to hear that the video was helpful! I combined the two too during my second to last application, it was fun to play around with the results! Yes please keep me posted, looking forward to hearing how you like them : ) Ooo nice, I’ll be picking up the Amla powder to try too since you had great results. Yesss, the color is so awesome, I smile looking at my grays now, the firery Auburn is so pretty! So excited for you to try the 2 powders whoohoo : ) Thanks so much for watching Shelby, Happy Friday 🌅☀️
Your hair came out really really nice. Thank you, now it will use mind. but my hair is salt and pepper and very thin. And see what it will do for my hair. I have all CP powders and her oil. i just didn't know what or how to use them because of my salt and pepper hair. I just don't want orange hair. I'm loving your hair Thank you again
Hi Ester - Thank you so much! With both the Henna and Aloe Masque and this Pro Strength Henna Treatment I did notice a color change on the warmer side, with this latest treatment leaving my greys a light auburn, so with you having salt and pepper strands, it's possible that the lighter strands could have an orange-y tint. I've heard of people adding indigo to counteract the red in their Henna mixes, or use Cassia instead for a more neutral, cool toned color, or Amla powder which gives great benefits with no color. So many awesome options out there : ) Let me know how you end up using and liking your powders. Thanks so much for watching☀️
Thanks so much Leah! And yessss, a fellow no gloves person lol, I hate the feel of them and like being able to really get in there. Definitely planning to use the whole bag next time, I'm always a little short otherwise😩😂 Now that I've tried them straight with nothing else I feel I can play around with things like Aloe Vera powder and Hibiscus which should be fun. Thanks for watching!🌞
Your hair looks amazing. I gave myself a straight henna treatment early 2021 and I still have some read tint in my hair. I did it for the strengthening properties and I was upset that the treatment turned my gray hair to a reddish brown color. I love my gray strands and they're bright too. So I will do cassia instead.
I love your username! And thanks so much. I can imagine that was really frustrating since the color really shows up on grey strands and latches on. Heard really good things about Cassia, that's awesome. Thanks so much for watching, have a great weekend!
Hi Taneisha - I'm loving the Auburn color it tints my greys, Indigo would get rid of them, but make my hair overall darker, and I wanted the reddish tone since I can't do box dyes for that fun change factor. Plus with repeated use of the henna I'll probably get an eventual darkening with the build-up of henna. Thanks for watching!
First off, Happy New Year!! Secondly, your hair is gorgeous!! I am just getting back to the natural hair from a break.. Long story but I have been sick.. Anyway, I am catching up with everyone and happy to see you diving into henna. I get mine from Henna Sooq but I really want to try CP's formulas soon. Take care and thank you for sharing!!
Hey lady, I was thinking about you not too long ago, Happy New Year! Thank you so much : ) So ready for this break, I hope it lasts. Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that - I hope that you're doing much better💛 When I was doing my research before diving in Henna Sooq was highly recommended, her quality sounds amazing too. Looking forward to hearing how you like CP's formula when you try it out. Take care as well love and thanks for popping in and for watching!
Hey Jeannine! We don't have one since we mainly stick to super simple stuff when cooking and only have minimal basics. I don't mind too much, it's the most arm workouts I've been getting for awhile lol😄
I applied some shea butter but it got lost in the sauce of my hairline when applying the henna lol. Luckily it rinsed off well with some gentle face wash.
The fact that you’re not using a whole pack is wild to me 😂😂. Your hair is 5x as thick and long and I use a whole pack for a full mask.

With a gloss, you only need a few teaspoons
Wait this is best your straight hair has ever looked. WOWWWWWWW 😍😍😍😍
Thank you honey🥰🌞😄💛! Got a new blow dryer and mom did a bomb flatironing job, she actually listened and didn't bump my dang ends😂😂
