Most of the info here is nonsense. UAE has never issued tax numbers. Having UAE Visa doesn't give you a tax certificate for that you need to spend time there. Citizenship is the last point when testing tax residency so when you spend 6 months eg on Bali then Indonesia can definitely tax you even when you have a mailbox and citizenship in Italy, 183 day presence in most countries makes you a tax resident and a mailbox somewhere else doesn't fix that. Can you sneak around? Sure. Is it legal? Definitely not
