Sir Rajasthan High court ne ramchandra v Raj state me ek bada judgment deeya h or clear kiya h ki section 41 subclause 1 me hi semple magistrate ke aage liya ja sakta hai other condition me to maal sho ya section 53 me empowered officer ke aage pes karna padega or wo section 55 me maal ko jama karwayega or 52 a me jo sample lene ki baat hai wo represented sample lene ki baat karta hai kyoki maal disposal ho jayega isliye ye sample FSL ke liye bheje jane wale sample nahi hai
