On the wall carving piece, the Chinese-inspired one is a dragon and phoenix, which are traditional male/female symbols used in weddings. I'm really pleased that they didn't just make western wedding items, and also included lots of items for ceremonies from other cultures!
They need to make a separate category for pergolas/canopies in BB - we have so many in-game but they are all categorized differently and a pain to find.
Love how thoroughly you walked us through all the new goodies we'll get with this pack! I so hope they fix the game play because this looks so gorgeous, it deserves a good game play.
i am amazed at the chinese wedding items - the screen, the circular back drop, those are exactly what we would see in a chinese restaurant wedding banquet. and THE TEA SET!!! those look EXACTLY like the tea sets used during the chinese wedding tea ceremy, when newlyweds offer tea to their parents and other elders as a sign of respect on the day of their wedding!!!

Thank you for this! It really helps to see the items laid out and the different color swatches. The items are so pretty and the colors are overall very soft and warm. It's like a Dream Home Decorator palette, but with some Island Living pops here and there mixed with some of the Romantic Garden stuff, designed to work with Oasis Springs base game. Edit: Some of those brighter swatches will work really well with City Living too!
the loveseat looks like a couch an Indian/South Asian couple might sit on to take pictures before the wedding because it has the flowers and colors that match the wall hanging :)
Every time I watch one of your videos I get inspired and have to pull out my laptop and open up The Sims! My clutter game is steadily improving thanks to you and other Sims creators!
i am so happy you made this! as a builder who doesnt really play much i wasnt sure if this pack was for me but now i know it is. There are so many things i like, that large flower arrangement will be great for fillin space in mansions and larger non residential build, the dining chairs are adorable, DEBUG items OMG!! I am off to get it right now, Thanks again for taking the time to make this, ♥♥
EA stepped it UP!! This is AMAZING!! I’m tearing up! I’ve been playing this game since 2007, and never have I seen such detailed pack from the Sims!! This is BEAUTIFUL!!!
@@lanerocha8180 actually no I’m not exclusively a builder!! I actually really enjoy live mode, and making wedding venues BEFORE this pack was something I enjoyed doing!! I love building a beautiful venue for a proposal and wedding in at least one word of my saves!! I am SO EXCITED!
I'm so grateful that you always show off the Debug stuff - but also, just like with Cottage Living, this makes me so sad that they have made SO MANY great assets only for debug. I wish they'd add some of these things, like the trees/plants, the planters, the wood pile and umbrellas, to the actual Build/Buy catalog, cos so many people would get great use out of them! I know they're made differently and "not optimized for gameplay" but it honestly just feels like such a waste of some really great items that just become so much harder to use, even with the BetterBuildBuy mod.
I love how you have everything set up. It looks like a very well put together wedding store. Oh and if you are having trouble picking up an object like that bridge just do ctrl z and it will get rid of it.

I wish they'd made the rainbows more subtle in this pack espeacially in the clothes. There's only like one or two clothing items with actually useable rainbow swatches.
As a builder (and I'm not really into the whole wedding gameplay) I will definitely buy it strictly for the build/buy mode stuff! Love it! (even though the gameplay seems to be really buggy, hopefully they will fix it fast)
Im really disappointed they didn't incorporate any Jewish wedding items. I feel like that would've been an excellent touch for this pack. Also some great representation!
