What I know is Charkis was claimed (by Noelle the edgy princess) to be a creep wearing poncho and sounds like he was on meth (based on how he ask Noelle if she ready to leave the castle to die, and also he said Scampton sounds like a chill dude when Scampton try to flatten everyone with Big Shot Express). Charkis on here somehow looks like a himbo and his poncho turn into sleeveless clothes

Because in vanilla Deltarune: Chapter 1, Susie seemed to be the bad guy just for fun but Rewritten Noelle seems to have more motivations than just fun. With the Admiral uniform and a glare as cold as her own ice, I’d guess she’s on a quest for power herself. I’d also like assume that everyone’s dark world outfit & weapon, both vanilla & AU, is a representation of who they are as a person (i.e. Kris = silent knight, Susie = vulgar barbarian, Ralsei/Asriel = college-worthy wizard, etc.)
