I think it is impossible for a general candidate, who has no clarity in basic concepts. Minimum 5-6 months need to do good results. 45 days in CAT, which is unrealistic thoughts.

Nah bro Ncfm and Nism certification doesn't hold any value nowadays, I would recommend you go for certification backed by global entity, otherwise you can finish a module overnight and still be able to secure more than 90+.....

Bsc (microbiology)- 6.38 CGPA
Category- General, Male, (age-20)
I had no proper guidance growing up as no-one in my family is well educated. They just made me pick science, biology group, resulting I messed up my 12th. I wanna do mba as I've finished my grad, I want you to be real with me and tell me realistically can I do the mba from top institutes? idc about iim a,b,c; any decent b-school, ranking in top 25 b-schools would be fine for me. (altho i kinda wanna get into iim mumbai (nitie) so please tell me is it possible for me to get there with this profile? what other colleges should I target for? and how much should I aim in cat? What sort of certificates should I do to improve my profile? Should I gain work ex? (doubt regarding work ex is, my background will only place me in some pharmaceuticals etc but for mba we need some relevance work ex right? like in marketing or finance sector?)

I'm not an expert but i think if u can score more than 91+ percentile you can get into new or baby iims ! As for iim Mumbai even though it'll be a new iim but cut offs for that will definitely be more than 96+ !

Buddy you are not eligible for CAT since you have a below 50% score in 12th. You will have to target exams like XAT that do not require a minimum of 50% score in acads to atleast sit for the exams. Do check the criterias for nmat, snap and iift too.
@@jayantabanerjee2710 for cat you need 50% in your grad not 12th. although iims do give a lot of importance to your acads so yeah technically cat isn't gonna be any good for me. my main target is sibm pune tho I still don't know whom to contact because everybody give answers like google like they always say yeah work hard and you can crack iims, false motivation shit basically but what's the ground reality? that's what I wanna know so that I don't end up wasting my time preparing for mba

Hello sir I am really looking forward to a big score in cat 2023. I got 99.3 in cat 2021 and i have a profile of 10/9/9 and workex- of 8 month's and I am from the GEM catagory... Please help me with the cat percentile I should Target in a min for the top-3 b-school and FMS..
P.S I didn't even get an interview call from BLACKI in 2021 and left out of shillong by 3 ranks.

Bro there are many engineers from IITs NITs who couldn’t not crack cat or get 99 percentile. It’s not about being an engineer. Aisa hota tho every engineer would have cracked cat and IIMs. There are many non engineers who crack cat with 99 percentile and make it to IIM ABC. If you say it’s only engineers who can crack it then I don’t think it’s a right mindset. It’s all about hard work and keeping that fire alive inside you to crack cat and make it to IIMs. Phir matter hai karta engineer ho ya non engineer 😊
