Cheers Gav. I appreciate your kind words and continued support. I decided to have a go at doing all the detail painting so no need for me to send it all on to you LOL, Have a great week my friend
Well done Steve! Winter camouflage is, for me, the hardest one to make. Really liked the metal and chipping effects, especially on the interior. All winter paint scratching got excellent! Good job! Looking forward to see next steps.
That's very kind of you to say my friend. With acrylic/lacquer paint HS chipping is a lot harder. Glad you like the look and I am looking forward to doing some mapping and weathering with the oils. Take care and have a great week
Hi Pauly. I hope all is well and that things are progressing well with the Sturmpanzer. The winter camo was a success and I am looking forward to weathering it all. Many thanks for looking in and speak soon my friend

All is ok, thanks...Very busy at the moment, and with work, very little time for figurines...But the next video will be about the war in Canada...Cheers my friend...

Hi Jason. I hope all is well and that the Ferret build is all going well. I appreciate you looking in and commenting. Take care my friend and speak soon
The start with the winter camouflage has become very successful, even if the decals weren't that good quality. You were able to straighten it out again. Simply well, Steve. With this halftrack, you are on the best way to achieve another masterpiece. Best wishes, Joachim
Hi Joachim. Many thanks for your kind words my friend. I hate decals at the best of times but these were bad. However that's all behind me now and the painting is going well. Take care my friend and happy modelling

Hi Steve Really great work mate! Bloody shame about the crappy decals, the Dragon factor is kicking in 😢 Just seems that every kit they make has some kind of issue unfortunately. I’ve started amassing spray stencils for doing US stars admittedly cos I’ve got so many kits to do. Really looking forward to seeing your next step, and appreciate your time and sharing your build video ❤😊
Hi Michael. I usually do stencils but because the stars were hidden I thought I would be okay. How wrong I was LOL. Fortunately now the stowage is all painted they draw your eye away from the decals. Hopefully once weathered they will not be such an eyesore. Take care my friend and many thanks for commenting
Great start to the painting/weathering. That faded winter camo already looks good. Those decals are truly awful. Dragon should be ashamed of putting them in the kit. Glad the cab and rear joined OK. You did well to do so little damage to the paintwork.
Hi Jim. We were talking about you yesterday when our grand daughter came around. Yours must be three or four now?? Time flies when you are a grandparent. Those decals were certainly very poor. Its all behind me now and the detail painting is going really well. Many thanks for your kind words my friend. How is the Chevy coming along? Have you managed to start painting her yet? Take care and speak soon
Great detail work Steve, looking good. That decal looked a nightmare to sort out but you did a pretty good job👍 Have you tried lacquer thinners on decals that wont conform? Decals laterally melt on contact....You do need to be careful not go onto the paintwork. I look forward to the next instalment.
Many thanks for your kind words my friend. I will certainly try your tip next time on the decals. Great to have you looking in. Take care and I hope all is going well with the Panther. Speak soon
Hi 2AHD. I hope you are well my friend. Just popped over and had a look at your video. That must be a rare beast of a diecast. Nice to see. Take care and many thanks for looking in
