Do remember, you're still playing a game, so if a subpart MMM is more fun than any other methods. Do them, you're better off mining another hour with a method you do like.
some discrepancies i found -yog still has universal slot, so its not really terrible but yeah sorrow is definitely much better -scraped on gauntlet could be a good way to get into gt early/have backup if you have no drill fuel, would not recommend tho -cold only affects mining speed from my own experience, not fortune (26m glacite powder) -divan's drill is very very nice, but also justified, only get it if ur planning like 250m+ gemstones, would take it over pendant -endgame tips very helpful and i can back, sometimes mining gets hella boring and eventually when you mine enough you can make money so quick it really isnt too relevant so just stick to what u like -also having friends that mine helps quite a lot, shafting in general is pretty interesting especially in the late game when you can grind skeleton keys yourself B) great video tho, would probably use this if i wasnt into mining alot lol
correction: dont do crystal hollows comms at all unless you're doing cn runs because they take way longer and its just a waste of time. Also, some cotm levels (I forgot which ones) are actually useful in early game but arent necessary, so don't ignore it entirely but don't spend too much on it
@@OfficialFarmerWarden and when I will reach hotm 7 I probably want to start gemstome powder mining with Jungle pickaxe and jasper drill + mineral armor right?
4th correction r326 is worse than something like a titanium 455-655 because it generally has less efficiency. Also you will make more money using a titanium drill. This depends on your mining speed tho because if you have like 5000 mining speed w/o a drill an r326 will be better because the 655 doesn't necessarily double your total mining speed or give u 40% more efficiency
5th correction for mithril powder you need like 10-11m (forgot how much titanium insanium costs) for if you are going to ever mine titanium (ie: if you are ironman or skymall perk)
in early game, other than commissions, if you don't want people using ch, is there any other ways of efficiently gaining hotm exp? or do I just spam commissions, I feel like that would take a long time.
i just did mithril commisions from hotm 5, it took around 10 hours of gameplay to get to hotm 7 but i was really unoptimized, i reccomend using a mithril drill while doing this to get way more powder
As an end game miner, mining what I enjoy is never an option. The meta switches around every week so I don’t mine the same thing for too long anyway. My personal mining tip is to be fast with methods. The moment something becomes well known it will start to die. Right now with the pest update and finegan, peridot is inflated almost 3x. So I make 50m per hour mining it but it will only last for a few days.
lapis armor is useless when you reach dwarven mines you need mining 12 and the full set bonus of glacite makes it have more speed than lapis at that point
max yog has better base mining stats than sorrow, yog also has a universal gemstone slot, though you don't get the mf and it is a rarity lower and if you have aurora staff than you can easily kill yogs ik i did it. Also you don't need to upgrade titanium insanium (unless you are going to mine tita for money), since you get 2.1% extra tita chance from just lvl 1, upgrading it further isn't worth it (this is how all perks function the first and the last level always gives the most. You also want to level up mining speed and efficient miner evenly (so every 1 level of ms you want to have 2 levels of mining spread) this makes dwarven comms much faster. Doing dwarven comms is faster for hotm xp than ch comms, ch is only useful for gemstone powder and for nucleus runs. When powder mining what i did (on my new profile) was a drill with spicy goblin, lvl 100 (or close to it) goblin pet and a high level armadillo and also a autopet rule to swap in-between them when powder grinding. you don't really need to upgrade mole since you already get a good 800-1000 mining spread from armor, pet, drill reforge (fleet) and efficient miner. max out great explorer and powder buff before going for mole. Get the 20m at least it is really easy only took me like 4 days. i would say you need about 20-25m powder depending on what kinda tree you are going for. I recomend using pickobulus ability over anything else at all stages (unless you are trying to insta mine something) as the 50-60s cooldown is super good for both powder grinding and comms, and you sohuld at least get cotm 2 for that extra pickaxe level since it lowers the cooldown from 60s-50s. "Don't go for Divan's Drill, it is not worth it", Thank you! Finally someone who realizes that it is wayyy to expensive for what it gives.
@@CarrtxGD well sludge works too but hardstone since you already have 655, try blocks and ores in general. 655 with mineral armor can make some really good money if you find the right thing to mine

great video tho, would probably use this if i wasnt into mining alot lol
i did fossils before hotm10 and it helped me by giving huge hotmom xp
Oh fs, but I think getting glacite powder is more of a pain so if I could go back in time I'd probably wait til after hotm 10. It's preference ig
Just saw you on my lobby, youre a chill guy

Great video 😅
Yooo farmerwarden uploaded yayyy
me watching my 20th guide hoping im missing something big
Literally me 😅
Just so you know /warp camp is easier to type than /warp glacite
Edit: also love your editing skills btw 👍
I followed these tips irl and now I'm a millionaire 😁👍🏼 (typing this from my yacht btw) thank you farmer warden for changing my life 😍
2:06 glacite is still better since you can just put fine amber gemstones in it for even more MS and they rlly aren’t expensive
Fun fact u can also type /warp base
To get to glacite tunnels campfire 🔥🔥🔥
It is an option to have the 555 and the jasper drill, thats what im working towards rn (iman) to finnaly get to use the caves properly
Definitely an option. You can play how you want, I just wouldn't recommend it
i think soon aurora staff is gonna need combat 22 + basic kuudra comp
yep, that is an update coming soon. Some people might need to kill a lot of mobs to unlock it
Whats the drill progression? I am hotm 4 right now and I am using a pickonimbus. Should I get the Titanium X455 at hotm 5 or what should I buy?
Yes, x455 would be a good choice since you eventually have to upgrade to 655, if you can afford it then go for it
use pickonimbus until hotm 7

nope, 326 is better for powder, I was specifically referring to grinding powder and not money.
5th correction for mithril powder you need like 10-11m (forgot how much titanium insanium costs) for if you are going to ever mine titanium (ie: if you are ironman or skymall perk)
nope, 8m is enough
@@OfficialFarmerWarden for titanium insanium, max mining fortune, max mining speed, and max mining spread its more than 8m
@OGKaramFilms I said "recommended" not maxed. I also never mentioned mining titanium for money at any point whatsoever, 8m should be enough.
new update, Aurora stuff can be used on combat 22 :)
could i ask which texture pack do you use to have the glass blocks like that?
It's in the description😁
how do I grind glacite powder?
aurora staff requires combat 22 right?
it does now unfortunately yeah
the x555 also has a breaking power of 9!

what texture pack is this, that quality is actually insane 😭😭

which mod shows the path with green arrows?

Dailies and Dwarven commissions yeah and that's because you need the mithril powder for mining speed perk
