I recommend cleaning your ice roller. This is what I do. 1. Grab a wet microfiber towel. 2. Add a few drops of soap. 3. Wipe the handle of the ice roller and then wipe gently around the hinges. 4. Rinse with water and then lay it flat to dry. Another way to can clean your ice roller is with cotton rounds and alcohol. Add some alcohol to the cotton rounds, then wipe all over your ice roller. Using alcohol will not only clean but disinfect the tool.

Dear Keegan, your question on the face roller I use aloe on mine don't put soap on the roller. I found that out the hard way (had to buy a new face roller) I have been putting aloe on my face roller for the last 2 years. Your living room is TO DIE FOR!! keep up the great work. I forgot to tell you on the aloe just put a couple of dots on the roller then rub it all over. The aloe will also help your skin to. I also put my roller on a plate not on the freezer shelf (it will pick up odors) from the shelf. I live in South Florida, and I use aloe for everything. Put some on your hairbrush as well it will help with tangles and frizzies 😁 just a little remember a little goes a long way (Yeah that is the old lady coming out) HA HA HA! 🤣

A quick tip for your cookie dough. Absolutely make it ahead of tip but instead of rolling it into balls and storing it in a bowl in the freezer put it in parchment paper roll it up like a tube (like you see the toll house cookies in at the store) and freeze it ( place that in a freezer ziploc bag) then when you want a cookie or 3 you slice them from the tube you rolled them into. They are all then uniform in size so they bake evenly. Additionally it will keep them from being freezer burnt. The bowl allows air inside which will allow them to be freezer burnt pretty quickly and they won't bake well or taste great. Tip from an old Italian lady who bakes a lot😁 I do like your authenticity and your drive. Your videos bring me a smile. Thank you!

Pop the tray into the freezer and once the dough balls are frozen, pull them off the cookie sheet and put them in a freezer bag. They won't stick together and then you can just grab a few when you're feeling like a cookie!

Some companies get lucky and do well their first year. Are you evaluating how much your spending and how much you're making?
I forgot to mention flatbed scanners are better for photos than sheet feed scanners for photos. Sheet feed are more for documents. When using a flatbed scanner, you can frame what you want to scan using the scanners software and adjust the color, brightness, etc.
Tip: Pilates on TH-cam is a great resource for beginners, but taking a class is very different in person. You've never made a point of stretching regularly? You're missing out, I highly recommend it even if it's only 10 minutes every other day. I love that you are trying new things! Happy birthday to your mom!! Much love xx

Butterfly pose is also great for beginners which lots of people tend to skip but it helps open hip flexors resulting in a larger range of movement and stabilization with other movements in the gym. Those are my top two that are easy to do every day even if you only have a few seconds.

There are scanners out there that are made to scan photos and do a fairly good job. Epson Perfection V39 Color Photo & Document Scanner. You love to use time lapse. Just curious what version of Final Cut Pro are you using? Do you use the blade or mark in and mark out to trim your clips in the timeline?
I should look into that scanner!! I have the most recent version of Final Cut Pro and I typically cut the clips and delete the part that I don’t use if that makes any sense

Does your ice roller not pop out of the handle? Cause that's how mine works and it looks just like yours. You can slide the roller out of the handle and wash it separately. UPDATE: nah sis even the amazon link you posted says that the head is detachable for the one you bought haha.

Freeze the cookie balls on a tray or plate. Once balls are frozen you can put them in a freezer bag or other container and they won’t stick together

Pull your eye roller out of the handle and clean it. Then put only the roller part in the freezer.

To sleep have you tried using a sleep mask? I also had that problem where I would wake up so early because of the light but having a sleep mask truly helped me. In the beginning is a little uncomfortable but you get used to it
i tried it and it kept falling of my face in the middle of the night ahhaha but i should give it a few more tries

Does your ice roller not pop out of the handle? Cause that's how mine works and it looks just like yours. You can slide the roller out of the handle and wash it separately.
UPDATE: nah sis even the amazon link you posted says that the head is detachable for the one you bought haha.

You could also look at Walmart and such for a coffee table. I found the one I wanted for 159.00 compared to me paying 300 bucks on Amazon for it.
