bad neighbours are those who clutter your corridor which is the corridor leading to your corridor end unit. clearly the walkway is less than 1.2m. how to feedback such things to town councils? if your neighbours know you have complained about them, they may make things worst for you. Best thing is to find another home and move out.
The best strategy is to also clutter it yourself slowly making the walkway really narrow. Then both of you can get annoyed. After 2months, go talk to your neighbour and agree on reducing the clutter. Or just report to council and when they show up, act like your are sad that they want you to take out the stuff.

I just moved into a hdb flat and my neighbor upstairs have loads of antics. First, the all time favourite, cigarette smoke wafting into my house, next slamming doors at 2am, then a cat escaped onto my aircon ledge though we are 30 floors up (had to call nea animal rescue at 1am and struggled for 3hrs to rescue it), then an aircon compressor likely from Cybertron that sends vibrations through my unit. Aside as a request to Stacked homes, could you do a review of the various upcoming condos im different areas? I am personally interested in the Clementi/Dover/west coast region, (Parc Clematis, vs Ki Residences, vs Clavon perhaps), and it is v hard to get an independent review of developments.

By chance, anyone knows which condo has designated area for smoker so that smoker will not smoke freely in balcony or windows? MA cannot help.
