@Vaibhav Diwan , that was just generally what sir had said, but later it(Step-Size) varies depending on the type of noise. ie. by increasing step size we can reduce the SOD & by decreasing step size we can reduce Granular Noise.

Delta modulation explains effective usage bandwidth.

Delta doesn't need more bits, it just give idea about consecutive repeatation of high to new high and low to new low.
