    I went from an imt service truck to an autocrane. The imt body is a 2015 and the autocrane is a 2018. The autocrane is already starting to rust while the imt body is rust free.

    Are all of the imt bodies wiring looms labeled, I had to remove the cab on a 2006 amerigas body, 3820 on left, and my rear stabilizer always needed to be extended to operate crane, now it must be retracted, however extended use to stop it from going into drive, but now it goes into drive while retracted (the new extended) I must have replaced a switch from nc to no or just flipped two white leads? There was not a disconnect so I had to cut the harness, and splice all wires, had trouble with 2 or 3 white wires? All seemed to be not labeled? Maybe I just need to open more loom?

      Thanks for watching!! Not 100% sure if IMT was building the amerigas bodies back in the day... They used to build a propane body but I think Reading was building too and using IMT cranes. All the wiring inside an IMT service body is labeled every few inches. This is on current series as well as Series 2 which would have been in the 2006 vintage. White wires inside a braided loom. Also those switches for the stabilizers may have been added at the dealer level.... hard to say. Parts department could probably get a BOM on this job with a serial number.     Do you make an 11” mechanic Serv body to accommodate a Ford F-350 /450 with all 40+” tall cabinets tool boxes in the left and right front vertical cabinets and a mechanic rear work bumper ? No crane .

      Yes, the DSC20 is a good option for this and can get with work bench bumper. Probably would want the F450 vs. F350. Although, IMT only makes crane reinforced bodies so cost will be considerably higher than non-crane body. They also have a DSC12 body if you went with the F350 single rear wheel.
