i had the same issue. I found the file in Macintosh HD > Library > Printers > TSC > PPDs
same issu PPD fils ( cant click ) it's showing all models ( solution plz )

Can you show us how to print barcodes as I believe the bartender software can't be used on a macbook air
We are not sure about Bartender Software but in our case the software provided by TSC worked fine in mac
