i think between the three major streaming platforms i know mel from youtube is the hardest to build up or have. twitch is 2nd because its something that is always live. and first place is the pub. it has both youtubes community style and twitches combined. between the live chat rooms and the post edited videos she posts. plus people on that platform are suprisingly nice. youtube is always the most savage and twitch is just a weird amalgamation depending on who the streamer is.
Regarding the bit about jaw pains/teeth, one thing that can also help with the actual muscle pain is doing certain exercises or massages that help loosen things up. A few years ago I myself got my jaw pretty seriously locked due to stress and could barely eat properly for a while, and using a mouthguard/dentures kinda just made it worse. Every person is different so try contacting a dentist, doctor or physical therapist to see what works best for you. ^^ For me personally a combination of regular massage therapy and exercises helped the most.
