    I’m using a cotton linen fabric for the exterior fabric and the interior fabric. Would you recommend interfacing them?

  • @aracelilindsley464
    @aracelilindsley464 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Can I use waterproof canvas for the interior or it would be too heavy? I would appreiciate the advice

    • @bluecallapatterns
      @bluecallapatterns  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think this would depend on how thick your canvas is but I would probably not use it for this pattern.

      @@bluecallapatterns Thank you for responding, I will use quilting cotton instead as you show in your tutorial

    I’m using something quite a bit heavier than quilting cotton for my exterior pieces, do you still recommend interfacing these pieces?

    • @bluecallapatterns
      @bluecallapatterns  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Linda Sellick I probably wouldn’t. If you can use something coordinating that is thinner for the casing, I would do that.

      @@bluecallapatterns thank you. That's what I was thinking too. Also, thanks for replying asap.

    I’ve never used zipper tape before. When purchasing the tape, I’m guessing that I will have to buy some end caps and zipper pulls? Can you tell me the exact names for these parts please?

    • @bluecallapatterns
      @bluecallapatterns  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Linda Sellick all you need is zipper tape and pulls unless you want to make jacket zippers. I sell zipper tape by the metre with or without pulls. If purchased with pulls , I include 4 pulls per metre but you can also get them individually if you need more.
