THIS GAME HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH KINGDOM HEARTS AT ALL! All of you have been making remarks about relating Kingdom Hearts with the symbol on Oogie Boogie's chest that came from the trash in Holiday Trash Hill. It has nothing to do with Kingdom Hearts so give it a rest! If I see another comment about it I don't know what I'll do!
More problems...Why are you people asking what the name of the game is? It's at the top!
I got a new VCR/DVD player because the old one died. With this one, you can hear better music and notice more brightness. This is Tim Burton's the Nightmare Before Chrismas: Oogie's Revenge - A Filthy Finale again, but someone asked for it without all the buttons on the screen.
You can see it on your own game. Go to Jack's House and find the projector. If you beat a boss (Shadow Oogie, Mega Spider, Dr. Finklestein, Lock, Shock, and Barrel, Roulette Oogie, or Mega Oogie), you will access a "clean" version without all the buttons on the screen. It will only show you the dance and nothing more.
In all honesty when I played the game, I never used the Sandy Claws outfit unless I needed to. I really didn't care for it at all.
So of course when it comes to the final battle, it summons friggin' snow meteors to smash Oogie in the friggin' face.

Yeah I nerev used Sandy Claws Jack as well, only against enemies that needed him.
The same could be said about Pumpkin King. His attacks eats up the red souls too fast and I only used him when the enemies overwhelmed me. Altho I only stayed in that form because it looks so badass.
For me it was LvL3 Soul Rubber(I always thought it was Robber) all the way.

@@AbbiXIII You were always right it is Soul Robber, at the witch's shop in game the upgrades are written down by name and it is "Soul Robber" whoever told you otherwise was wrong.
Even when oogie is a giant intimidating looking monster jack doesn't even flinch at him, and instead talks sass, dances, and sings

You know Oogie Boogie's boss battles should've had something like that in his Kingdom Hearts appearances (not that there was anything wrong with those battles)
I love the way this game incorporates new lyrics to the classic songs of the movie, Its really quite cleaver :)
I also just noticed for the first time that Jack never uses his Soul Robber in this fight. Jack is THAT pissed, he doesn't even think to use it.
...though that does make me wonder what he's actually doing when shooting the music notes. I mean, it's not like they ever explain that :/

This whole song was great, but 1:48 is where it goes from being awesome to being bad-freakin-ass. "This ends here." You KNOW he's DONE with Oogie's shit. He's tired of putting up with him and is angry. That subtle organ is just epic. "You? The Seven Holidays King? That'll be the day!" and "You're king of NOTHING" hits hard coming from pissed off Jack. His fearlessness is what made him the "Only Pumpkin King"
Best song in the game. Not that any of the others are bad, they're all good, this one is just my favorite.

So nostalgic! I came back to this game after seven long years and it's even more fun than I remembered.
Say it like it is! These songs actually got stuck in my head MORE than the originals did (Especially the 3 Oogie Songs). This was originally gonna be a prequel, but Tim Burton wanted fans to interact with their favorite characters more, so it was re-written into a video game. Burton oversaw EVERY aspect of the game, the original voice actors are in it, and the songs are fantastic. What's not to like jobiwan101 and JacobusHolland? HMMMMMMM!?!?!?!?!
What oogie should have known is that there's a difference between having a crap load of power and knowing how to use that power and using the mistakes of you're opponent to you're advantage.

It's a 3D exploration game with your weapin being goop and you can transform into different costumes later on and there is sometimes a boss fight and Rhythm game mechanics i never got the chance to beat it on xbox when i was younger

Most final boss fights would have the hero barely beating the big bad or struggling and pulling it out. Not here, Jack is pissed and is just unleashing on Oogie. Not only does his confidence never waver but he clearly is toying and fucking with Oogie. He knows hes got him cornered and screwed

This exact thing happened in Kingdom Hearts one.

For one thing, the fight was based off the giant Oogie fight from Kingdom Hearts 1. The song is a far better version of the song Oogie sings in his casino while torturing Santa Claus in the movie. Secondly, Ursula doesn't have shit on Mega Oogie. This fight demonstrates just how badazz Jack is and how even as an OP colossus, Oogie can't stop him.

This song is called I’m the only pumpkin king. The song took place with the original song called the oogie boogie man. That makes it a reprise.
I remember when I used to play that game, that, it took me a good 3 days to do this boss, on easy I belive? I just couldn't do the last part, and I also remember, I was telling myself I could do it, when you see in the video the part of the well that would show Jack and Oogie, I knew at that part things would fuck me up, but OBOI, did I screamed when I finally beat him, OBOI, I was happy af

But seriously, that feeling when it finally happens, when he finishes that final verse and the notes suddenly stop coming at you and you realize that you did it, that you finally did it, is the best feeling.
This game was designed by the same people who designed Devil May Cry!
